אין אדם חוזה בנועם החיים, אלא אם כן זוכר, כי הסוף והאין-סוף נושקים זה את זה, כי המגביה לשבת - הוא המשפיל לראות. אנו דרים בכפיפה אחת עם הנצח. חיי עולם ניטעו בתוכנו. שולחן בבית הרי מזבח בבית. בידי כל יחיד ויחיד להכריע את עצמו ואת כל העולם לכף זכות או לכף חובה. והמעשים השכיחים , שאדם דש בעקביו, משולים במעלתם לענינים שלא יתמו לנצח.

A person cannot see the beauty of life unless he remembers that the Finite (Sof) and the Infinite (Ein Sof) kiss each other; that the One who is enthroned on high is concerned with all below. We live always at one with eternity. Eternal life has been planted in our midst. A family table is an altar in our house. Each and every one of us can determine for ourselves and for the whole world whether we become innocent or guilty. And the most common acts that a person does are compared in their importance to things that are eternal.
